- Standard Shipping Fee:
- Dhaka City: ৳50–৳100
- Dhaka Outside / Other Divisions: ৳100–৳250
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Additional ৳40–৳80 (varies by order value/location – shown before payment).
- No hidden charges – depends on weight, size, and location.
How to Track Your Order
- After dispatch, receive SMS/email with tracking number and courier name.
- Track directly on the courier’s website/app using the ID.
- Or visit our Track Order page and enter your order number.
- Tracking issues? Contact support right away.
Important Information
- Address Accuracy: Provide correct address + active phone number. Wrong details may cause delays/extra charges.
- Multi-Supplier Model: Delivery times for some items may vary slightly – estimated time shown on product page.
- Failed Attempts: Couriers try 1–2 times. After that, order may return – redelivery fee possible.
- Damaged/Wrong Item: Accept delivery first (especially COD), then raise return request per our Return Policy. Do not refuse – helps faster resolution.
