This Affiliate Program Policy governs participation in the Sobkichu Shopping Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission of 5% on product sales value.
Commission is calculated based on the product price before applying the affiliate coupon. If a product is already discounted or on sale, the commission will be calculated on the discounted product price before applying the affiliate coupon.
Shipping charges and other non-product fees are not included in commission calculation.

2. Coupon System
Approved affiliates will receive a unique discount coupon code.
– The affiliate coupon provides a 15% discount to customers
– Coupons can be used on approximately 95% of products
– Certain products may be excluded from coupon usage
– Multiple coupons cannot be applied to a single order
– Each affiliate coupon may be used unlimited times, unless otherwise restricted by the platform

3. Eligibility for Payout
Affiliates may request payout once:
– Minimum payout balance reaches BDT 500
– Order is marked as Completed (Delivered)
– Commission has been confirmed in the system
Once eligible, affiliates may request payout immediately without waiting for a fixed payout cycle.

4. Payment Methods
Approved payouts will be processed via:
– bKash
– Nagad
– Rocket
Payouts are made based on the payment details provided by the affiliate during registration.

5. Order Completion & Commission Approval
Commission is only confirmed after successful delivery of the order.
If an order is cancelled, it will not generate commission. However, such cancellations may be monitored and recorded for review.
Repeated order cancellations or suspicious activity may result in:
– Affiliate warning
– Temporary suspension
– Permanent removal from the affiliate program

6. Returns & Refunds Impact
If a customer returns a product due to platform error or product mismatch, the affiliate commission is generally not affected.
If a customer changes their mind, replacement may be provided depending on the situation. In such cases, delivery charges may be borne by the customer, and commission handling will be reviewed accordingly.

7. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates are allowed to promote Sobkichu Shopping through:
– Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
– Paid advertisements
– Organic marketing campaigns
Affiliates may use the Sobkichu Shopping brand name for promotional purposes.
However, the following are strictly discouraged:
– Spam marketing
– Misleading or false claims
– Deceptive promotional practices
Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Approval & Account Management
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by the Sobkichu Shopping team.
Approval or rejection decisions will be communicated via email along with the assigned coupon code (if approved).
Applications may be rejected for:
– Incomplete or incorrect information
– Previous violations or banned accounts
– Suspicious activity
Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated if:
– Policies are violated
– Repeated order cancellations occur
– Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

9. Reporting & Earnings
Affiliate earnings and performance data will be updated in the system.
In some cases, updates may also be provided upon request via email.

10. Tax Policy
Currently, Sobkichu Shopping does not apply any tax deductions on affiliate earnings. Affiliates are responsible for any personal tax obligations as per applicable laws.

11. Policy Updates
Sobkichu Shopping reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
